Mountain View Body Shop

My Tesla Model Y got a damaged driver side rear panel + bumper + rim. I chose Mountain View Body Shop because of the positive reviews and also because it’s a recognized Tesla repair shop. And I’m glad that I picked them - the repair process was a breeze, except obtaining the parts from Tesla which is an issue for all Tesla repairs. The repair went as planned. The only very minor issue was with the interior trim of driver side back door - which I was able to fix myself quickly. Not a major concern at all.

Had the unfortunate luck of getting into car accidents while parked in the past few years but very fortunate to have found this car body repair company. I don't know why I haven't reviewed them yet, but I have always felt comfortable working with them, and they do a great job as well. The finish is just perfect - like nothing happened. They even washed the car before pickup! Shoutout to Andrew, who has always been very helpful.

Mountain View Body Shop came recommended by my insurance provider after my car bumper was damaged by another. The shop did excellent work and kept me informed on the status the entire time. They also replaced a headlight that was out complimentary! The car was returned beautiful and clean.

Randomly chosen from insurance (GEICO) company's suggested list of shops, I had a wonderful experience with Mountain View Body Shop throughout. The staff was professional and courteous. The communication, which included daily text and online status update and post-repair email follow-up, throughout the engagement was superb. More importantly, the repair work was completed with exceptional quality and on schedule. Overall, it has been an extremely satisfying experience.

I brought my Acura MDX in after getting sideswiped. I didn't know much about the shop other than my insurance recommended it. I am glad they did because my experience was great. I interacted with the manager, Andrew, who was very professional and attentive. One thing I really appreciated was how Andrew encouraged me to take my time to look the car over to ensure everything was done correctly. They want the work to be perfect. It is also important to note that they guarantee their work for as long as you own the car.
